“Very good customer service. I was happy with my haircut even though I'm a barber shop guy to the end this place with do for a quick haircut and good haircut. I would definitely come back. Was alittle disappointed that they didn't use the straight razor to shave my beard or line me up so I don't understand what the reason for the hot towel was if your not getting a shave. They said they weren't aloud to also I didn't like the fact that I couldn't even get my facial hair at least trimmed down with the clippers. That's why I wouldn't ever give up my barber for this place but it's a good second.”

I rarely make appointments, but I do call ahead right before I leave to make sure someone is available. Doing this, I've never had to wait for more than a few minutes. I've tried several places for waxing in the city, and Sisters is by far the best - both downtown and old orchard.”

“Betty's and Nick's haircut place is a very good place to go for a good haircut at $7. I only have had haircuts and they have always been excellent. nothing else can I say about them other than I've always enjoyed being there when I needed my haircut.I think they are one of the best places to get one's haircut because all services for hair can be done there I being a male, just get the regular haircut from the same Barber all the time. That fellow was excellent and very pleasant. You will like to go to Betty's and Nick's for a haircut and other hair services.”
