(November 8, 2018, 10:38 pm)I came here to celebrate with friends for my birthday, wanted to do karaoke but had no reservation. The staff still got my friends into the smaller room and also only charged us for 2 hours even though we stayed beyond that. Now don't go asking for a discount or not paying the full amount expecting they will bend over backwards but I give them an exceptional rating for excellent service.
