I have been coming to this location for the past two years and I must say that it is one of the cleanest and professional salons I have been to! Y'all have earned yourself a life long customer

Sad people are having such bad reviews. I haven’t been to this location in a while but when I did go more regularly, I never had a bad experience with customer service.

The staff was always friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean. And I thought the beds were strong/decent quality.

I was a member for a long time so there were errors and things along the way but anytime there was a miscommunication or someone wasn’t able to assist me, they made things right.

I feel compelled to write a positive comment for several reasons. I have been coming to this salon for over 2 years since I married my wife. The staff have all been exceptional and the other day I went in for a spray tan only to learn they upgraded their equipment to the Versa Pro excellent machine. I had an issue with the spray and without hesitation reset the machine and the experience was excellent.
I left and a few hours later realized I left my gold chain and crucifix hanging there. I knew I left it there as it’s the only time I take it off. I called and left a message as they were closed. I called at 9:00 am on March 26, 2018 as soon as they were open to learn they located it and kept it safe. It was not the dollar value, it was the sentimental value as I have had it over 25 years and been to Iraq and back twice wearing it. Thank you LA Tan so very much not for the quality of service but your staff’s honesty. The chain and crucifix has a total value of $2,000 but priceless to me.
