(June 25, 2019, 2:34 pm)I was very impressed with Bill's Plumbing. I called on a Sunday night, to hopefully leave a message for someone to contact me the next morning. To my surprise I spoke to a person, an answering service for emergencies! I told her it wasn't an emergency and she was happy to take a message. The next morning, I received a call and explained what plumbing issue I had and she said that they could have someone at my house that day! When the plumber arrived, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and nice! I am a business owner, so I understand how important "Customer Service" is and Bill's Plumbing knows too!
