I haven’t had great customer service at this dealership as a whole, but Kevin has made up for three years of unnecessary stress I’ve had to go through with this location. Long story short there was a miscommunication about my warranty and roadside assistance. Kevin spent an hour on hold and speaking to roadside assistance reps and supervisors to take care of me. He went above and beyond to accommodate me. He was compassionate, patient, and 100% genuine. In this day and age that is so rare to find. He was a real joy today and brought laughter to a very frustrating situation. I hope he is being treated as well as he treats others at this dealership. He deserves the best. “I hired Paul two years ago having used him for multiple petitions since there and have only had very positive experiences. When looking for a family law lawyer he contacted me within a day from when I sent in a request. He called me right away even though it was a Sunday to discuss the situation and gave me advice even prior to our initial consultation. Paul is incredibly skilled and versed in Illinois family law with a very strong background and experience in practicing in Lake county and Cook county. Due to this Paul is able to give very strategic advice and was able to best possible outcome from my legal situation. While he can be aggressive he is not a "bulldog" lawyer as he understands that law is an art and especially family law it is not always black and white so he does his best to lay out the situation, the options and the potential outcomes. He leaves it up to you to decide the best option to take but makes sure you are making an informed decision. Once you have decided how to best handle the situation he will aggressively execute on that decision but will also constantly reassess to make sure you will get the best outcome. Paul is an amazing legal resource and adviser but he will expect you to stay in the driver seat for any legal situation. You will need to do the leg work to provide Paul all the evidence and information but he will then break the information down and advise on the best course of action. As most legal situations are high stress Paul keeps himself incredibly open to communication and has responded to any urgent situations incredibly fast. When you hire him you have his attention and I've felt him truly care about my case and situation. I can not recall a item that it's taken more than 24 hours to get a response of call from him even on weekends and holidays. I would highly recommend Paul and I have personally given his card to several people when they need help in family law.”

“Came to the rink for my son and daughters hockey clinics. Wanted to get their skates sharpened so we came early. Steve sharpened then right away, we needed some skate insets, he had them in stock and gave us scissors to trim the inserts. My son then informed me his skates no longer fit. Back to pro shop, again Steve went out of his way. We tried on different skates, brands and sizes all in stock. Bought a new pair, had them baked on the spot. Couldn't of had a better experience, don't waste your time sitting in some huge corporate owned store for half a day. Having the pro shop at the rink is a mush have! Having a great one is even better! Thank you, Steve.”

“My daughter took a violin lesson with Amy for two years. She was a kind, smart and thoughtful teacher, and taught my daughter a joy of playing the violin. It was also so convenient that she came to our house every week. Sara is in charge of billing and administration. Her cancellation policy was clear and reasonable. She was super organized and always updated our invoice swiftly, every time cancellations had to happen. This flexible policy was very convenient for a family like us, who traveled often. Before Dynamic Music, we tried a bigger music school and their bureaucracy was a nightmare. It took a long time to get response and the cancellation/refund policy was rigid. So we appreciated flexibility of Dynamic Music greatly. Due to various scheduling conflicts, we had to switch to another violin teacher. Sara's enthusiasm and energy in finding the replacement were wonderful and we owe her so much.”
