Dr. Rosen, the vein doctor, is very knowledgeable and passionate about treating spider veins and varicose veins. Going to a clinic where you are "just another number" is one of the most frustrating situations I've dealt with when receiving health care. At Rosen Vein Care, you feel like family. “The office I primarily used with RMI was Northbrook but I also went to the Evanston and Oakbrook offices several times. I cannot possibly say enough wonderful things about all of them. The entire staff from the receptionist, Ann, the nurses, Tracy, Judy (and others whose names I cannot recall at the moment), the lab technicians, and of course Dr. Nayak were amazing. I always felt welcome, supported and cared about. Every single person I interacted with was helpful and kind. I felt informed every step of the way and my questions and concerns were always addressed. When I needed something after hours, the nurse on call never seemed inconvenienced at the late phone call and whenever I needed something called in or a prescription moved to a different pharmacy, they always made it happen and quickly! I lost track of the number of times I called them in a panic, crying about something and was always taken seriously and helped. My experience with RMI, Dr. Nayak and the staff at the various locations was absolutely phenomenal. I have referred 2 friends there already and would recommend them to anyone seeking fertility treatment!”

“My dog Woody is so well taken care of here. All the vets are amazing! But his primary vet is Dr. Schecter and he is phenomenal. They will not put your pets on random medication that is not needed. They will always do what is in your and your pets best interest. I could not give them a higher rating if I tried! Thank you to everyone at the office. I had been reaching out to her to discuss this bill but I hadn't had any return calls from her. Im now aware after speaking with her that she never received my messages. Im also aware now that my insurance company forwarded her the incorrect benefits amount I was due for the calender year 2020. So she actually did her billing correct. Yes, I was frustrated from not being able to speak with her. Everything's been resolved. So now im back for good. Again my apologies to Liz.”

We rented a small storage unit last week for fragile items & when we saw how clean and nice the facility was, we rented another big one for the rest of our furniture to stay in during the time between houses.
