The staff were very thorough and professional.
Amanda, who assisted me in my glasses fitting was outstanding and very personable. She was very engaging and my wife and I really enjoyed working with her. She is very customer focused and knowledgeable! We left with a great impression after spending time with her!
Sam and Dr. Sarinas were so hospitable. I felt comfortable and welcome at the Lenscrafters store today. They both listened to my concerns about wanting to stay in a daily lense! Most eye doctors that I've been to don't care about what I have to say about my eye health. Dr. Sarinas also mentioned a recycle program that bausch and lomb have for contact lense containers. I usually recycle them, but was shocked to know there is one. I'm going to research it. They have a great selection of frames. I didn't feel rushed to pick out a frame. They also have a neat feature on their iPad to take several pics and compare the frames that you are wearing at the same time. I was satisfied with the outcome of the price. Contacts and frames are expensive as expected but it didn't all the way bankrupt me.
