HobbyTown Orland Park

What a great experience. The guys at this HobbyTown USA were absolutely fantastic. Preston was quick to welcome us into the store and ask us if we needed anything. This is exactly what a hobby shop is supposed to be.

This place was incredible. The amount of knowledge and help I got from the employees was unparalleled to any other store I've been to. Not only do they cover a variety of different hobbies but they are there to answer any questions, even some off topic questions. Absolutely thrilled to find my new hobby shop.

I had a great experience here. This place is worth the drive. The first thing I noticed when I entered is the store was well staffed, nicely laid out and had ample lighting. I was greeted with a smile by a very nice dude who immediately asked me if he could help me find something and I like that! In stock items are vast and selection is awesome. they were all very pleasant and more than willing to help. They immediately replied to my email even though it was late night. Great customer service! After all, isn't that what we want? Isn't that all we want as consumers? This place is why you want to go to a store rather than order online. And... If they don't have it, they will order it for you and save you the shipping cost if you want to pick it up in the store. I've always been a fan of HobbyTown USA, been shopping there for many years and the reason has always been great customer service! From one business owner to another... Keep up the good work by continuing to provide your patrons with high quality customer service and support. Nothing else really matters.

It’s hard to find good hobby shops these days, let alone find one as good as this one. Plenty of educated people in each hobby department from trains to drones to RC and more . However I mainly use the RC department. Steve is an outstanding worker always willing to help above and beyond what is needed. Kevin is always great help with educating me on new and improved products as well as the dirty work. I am always greeted with a smile and even more treated as a friend before a customer. Thanks again for being a great hobby shop and will gladly be coming back here often.

Very Friendly People that works there and I believe that it was the owner that helped me out with what I needed to get ordered and I just gotta pick it up now Next week that I done mind at all but I would Highly Recommend this place to anybody that is Looking for a good hobby lobby store to go to and find all there hobby needs definitely
