Much better early afternoon unless it's a weekend, OR the last day of coupons.
If that's the case, grab a cart in the parking lot coming in and if you want a box or two for your purchases, grab them while you shop because they will run out generally between 1230 and 130.
That's when AM employees leave and PM employees start.
At least on the weekdays!

(August 11, 2018, 8:27 pm)Love Costco! Great quality, value, and customer service. Definitely worth the money for the membership for our family of 5 with three growing kids. Great gas prices also!
