Ashley was working the clinic alone, having to juggle scheduled and walk-in clients, phones, and collecting ordered specimens. She did this with grace, maintaining the highest level of professionalism. She is much appreciated and deserves recognition for the excellent job she does. Thank you for a great experience, Ashley!
