(October 19, 2018, 4:10 pm)I had a horrible experience at Public Storage which led me to switch to Extra Space. When I pulled in and grabbed my 3 yr old son out of the car, Deb was waiting with the door open for me since it was raining. Jackie gave my son things to color while I got everything I needed to accomplish. Both women were warm, friendly and made me feel so comfortable with my decision to store our things at Extra Space. ???? cannot speak highly enough about my experience.

Even if I have a situation come up and pay late, they will call me and nicely remind me. Always a pleasure. Thank you to Debbie and Rod for being so nice to me all these years.
