What a beautiful place to walk around, caught a few small fish too!
Its a nice place to fish just have to find a good spot
I found this park to be amazing. If you like nature, walking, biking, sand volleyball, baseball or softball, kid playgrounds, family or group picnics, basketball, skateboarding, fishing this place has it all.
Just a lap around the 12 acre lake will give you 5000 to 6000 steps. The nature is beautiful and it ties into McCarthy Park and Tinley Junction so there are also batting cages, miniature golf, concession stand and plenty of places to gather.
If you haven't checked this place out, you should definitely do so.
Love coming to the pier and fishing, we don't really catch much but its still a nice family outing. They also have a few different playground that the kids love.
Nice walking path, never too crowded, and especially beautiful in the summer, when the grass is green and the flowers are blooming. The sun reflecting off the pond makes for lovely photos.
