  I will swear by Tinley Auto Repair and Towing. From beginning to the end of my repairs, the team there was completely honest and trustworthy. I must give special kudos to Madeline (I hope I am spelling that right) and Jim for doing customer service the way it should be done! 100% recommended!

  I went to autozone initially who did a test with their computer and told me the alternator on my vehicle was bad. So I called around places locally to get pricing and not one really suggested for me to come in to see if it was actually the alternator. So I received many quotes ranging from $500-1k. I called and spoke to Jim at this location and he told me to come in because it might not even be my alternator. I went in and sure enough it was my belt that had broken. They got it taken care of very quickly and saved me a lot of time and money. Highly recommend them. Thanks!

  The service was great. Everything was explained to me in terms I understood. I brought my son with me when I went to pick up my car and introduced him to Tammy(manager) so he’ll know where to bring his car. The price was less chain repair shops. Professional friendly and environment.

  Jim and Tammy are so amazing. I have been a customer for over 6 years. Jim is quite the character and such a humorous guy. Down to earth and understanding. Tammy is very similar. Very kind folks and always appear to be honest and not money hungry. I appreciate and respect business as such. Thanks family! You always take care of my Sorento and Escape. You've taken care of my wife's vehicle as well. We appreciate you. Blessings.

  If you want to avoid any car problems take your car here! They give you a full diagnosis of the car and warns of future issues that might occur if not fixed. To some this might sounds like a money grab but in my last experience they were warning me that the repair would be covered by the manufacturer warranty (meaning they make no money on the repair) so I know they’re honest! Taking your car here will ensure you can really run your car “in the ground.” Love this place!
