He sees you every month and helps you reach goals you couldn't on your own. He sets realistic goals and is very straight forward in what you have to do. And when I say you see results... Jamila calls and sends a notification or two so I would remember my appt date and time. With kids and their schedule making my appointments is sometimes difficult on my part. Jamila always works with me on scheduling my monthly visits. They go above and beyond! I’ve had a couple of emergency visits, Jamila, Dr. Joudeh, and staff would stay after hours so I can be seen. “I’m so glad I randomly came across Ascend Physical Therapy. Dr. Nuha Hassan is an excellent physical therapist who is certified in Dry Needling therapy most PTs aren’t. She was able to easily identify the problem causing my neck pain and numbness and tingling in my arm tht I’ve been struggling with for years without any expensive unnecessary tests or surgery. I’m so glad I tried dry needling and after one session about 90% of my pain was gone. I know after one more session I’ll have 100% relief. She was very compassionate with my treatment. I highly recommend going to her practice to solve any issues you have with chronic pain, she’ll relieve it!”

“Dr. Kevin Cook took over Dr. Alan Davenport's practice when he retired in May 2017. Dr. Cook and his staff are fantastic in providing dental services. The staff is great and friendly and always greets you with a smile. The office is very clean and modern in every way: the reception area, the rooms, the equipment, x-ray machine (which is digital), and the actual dentist area. Dr. Cook has a computer in the room so he can go over the x-rays to tell you exactly what is going on. They have chairs that provides comfort while you care getting dental care. Love all the posters on the ceiling to make you feel peaceful while he is working on your teeth. :-) They make sure the dental equipment are sterilized and patient safely is absolute. Everything is done in a timely manner. Dr. Cook is well-versed in the dental field and will only tell you what you need to have done. His folksy and upbeat personality is one that will put you at ease and he will listen to you. If you have any specific concerns like pain management, dental care, etc., Dr. Cook will discuss them with you. He will talk about various of options that are available. He wants to help his patients to have the best dental care possible. We get great dental teeth cleaning by the dental hygienist. My husband and I are very pleased with Dr. Cook and look forward to keeping him as our dentist. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone. :-)”
