Linda got my Mom the first digital aids that were available, and then worked and worked to keep my Mom hearing - until she passed away at 104 years of age. So, when I figured out my hearing needed help, I could not imagine going to anyone else. And my experience has been amazing. However, a few months ago, one of my aids just would not stay in my ear correctly, and first we tried a new mold and still the aid did not stay in correctly, so Linda had another way to help, with a tiny clear plastic piece that holds the aid in my ear.
