I had a nice working experience with Casper company. Jim was a very polite and had great work ethic. While having a good time talking with him, he finished the job of cleaning our large carpet in an hour. Couldn't be more thankful! Great job indeed! Five stars!

Brilliant service from beginning to end! I was able to get an appointment only days before needing service. We were moving into our new home and when the sellers moved, we saw that the carpet was in dire need of cleaning. Our carpet now looks fantastic! We received prompt and quick service! Jim has cleaned our carpets for almost a year. He is a true professional - he calls a day ahead of time and always arrives on time. Jim does excellent work and we have been very happy with the results. If there is a tough stain, he will work until it is taken care of. We couldn't be more pleased and we would highly recommend him to anyone.

Best carpet cleaning company around! The booking staff were very nice and helpful . I submitted a price estimate online and ten minutes later they called ! My technician was Jim. He was fantastic !!
