We are the second generation of our family using Shepp Pest Control. They are just as reliable at getting rid of pests as they were years ago. The upside of this company is that they remain good at putting you ( their customer) as their top priority. When I called them, it was because we were having a pretty big ant problem. They were able to squeeze us in and come out within 24 hours. They are very kind, knowledgeable and professional. We would never use anyone else. Give them a call. You won’t be disappointed.

The owner of the company is super kind and is very knowledgeable. I reached out to quite a few companies but went with this one because of their customer service and timing. They were able to make time for me even at last minute!! Flexibility was another decision maker with this company and cost!! Was happy that they are contracted for a year and if they are needed before rhe next scheduled appointment they will come out for NO ADDITIONAL COST, most places charge you!!! I will definitely be using them in the future and will refer this business to whomever may need it then future!! Good well done and thank you for making me feel important as a customer!!!!!

Shepp exterminator arrived within an hour of calling their office. Very knowledgeable and thorough, answered all our questions. Three month guarantee! Would definitely use them again.

Joe was very professional & thorough, & we appreciated the time he took to be sure to do the most possible for our issue. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism from both Laura and Joe (Tech). Laura was able to schedule my appointment(s) around my work schedule and Joe arrived on-time, very knowledgeable and friendly at the appointment. Joe even suggested a few helpful home remedies to assist with resolving the issue.
