He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I had went for a trade-in and was little nervous but later we had a good deal and got one which I like the most.

I can't say enough good things about my car shopping experience at Hyundai of Palatine. Chet was amazing to work with; he was extremely personable and transparent, which I greatly appreciated. Lambert helped me get my monthly payments down to a number that I was more comfortable with. And Joe helped educate me on the benefits of warranties and gap insurance.

The staff at Hyundai of Palatine took a much more open and educational approach to selling cars, which was extremely refreshing. They weren't pushy and didn't make me feel pressured to make a decision like other car dealerships typically do.

I was also very impressed that all the staff took the time to really focus on me and my needs. As a woman, car buying can be a rough process because salesmen don't always take women seriously or they severely underestimate a woman's intelligence and capability to make such an important, complicated purchase. This was not the case at Hyundai of Palatine. The staff all made me feel comfortable and took my needs and concerns seriously.

Overall, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had and I would highly recommend Hyundai of Palatine to anyone who is car shopping.

Best dealership in Palatine! Went to another dealership in town and it was the back and forth with the sales manager like 5 times so we eventually just left. We decided to stop by Hyundai of Palatine. Bill was the easiest salesman we have ever dealt with. There was no back and forth - he brought us a better price than everyone else the very 1st time and also did our trade in with no hassle. If you are looking to get the best price on a car without having to jump through all the hoops, go to Hyundai of Palatine and ask for Bill!!!

I just bought a car from them last week. I'm really impressed by their workers. The sales men Roman was amazing! He explained everything and showed everything. I found a car I wanted and didn't have any complications with anything. Also, he speaks more then one language, so anyone who speaks Russian, Ukrainian and even Polish can come and ask for him!
I'm very happy that I went to the Hyundai of Palatine!
