“I really enjoy going to services here. There's a lot of english spoken in the Liturgy so it's easier for me to follow and be present. It's an absoultely beautifully decorated Church with it's iconography. The choir is heavenly. It's mid-sized, not too big and not to small. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love seeing the ushers and the deacons, etc. rush about doing their work during the services. You can tell they absolutely love their Church and working for the Lord. Father seems very down to earth and I really enjoy his sermons. Saint Nectarios and his Church were there for me and my family back in 2000, during a tragic time. I have come back in recent years and am glad the Church is still here, so close to my home as well. It's been a real blessing. Thank you Lord.”

I can't imagine that there are many agents who will tell you when a place is too expensive and that you'll ruin your life from being house poor if you buy it! But he will never impose his own preferences on you: he'll gently remind you of your own. And he'll patiently guide and coach you until you find the right place at the right price for you. I looked for about a year and a half before signing on the dotted line and never felt pressure to act on something that didn't feel right. And after that year and a half, I ended up buying something very similar to one of the first condos Ryan ever showed me.”
