What a wonderful office! Very nice and friendly staff! Everyone is concerned for you and your oral health! Dr. made me feel so comfortable about a very uncomfortable procedure! I get very anxious about being in that chair, but he was so warm and caring! DiFranco has a patient in me forever! I will be sure to tell everyone I know to go there too!
The care at Paul DiFranco Orthodontist can be categorized as above and beyond. Doctor and staff go out of their way to make both patient and parents feel comfortable and confident in the orthodontic process. We always appreciate the kindness along with the personalized care. The flexible office hours are generous as well for students and working parents alike. Would recommend the practice to everyone.
I have been coming to this office for almost 2 years now & the service is phenomenal!! Everyone is always so nice & patient with me. If I have any questions or concerns, they are always addressed with respect! I will not hesitate to have my specific dental needs fulfilled at this dental office. Upon arriving to my no-waiting appointment given, I received the utmost care and dental evaluation without delays, for my original concerns on the visit, with a full explanation, step by step of the procedure with visual tools provided, and given an estimated cost with an available payment plan. The office staff is very friendly, professional, respectful and organized. I was made to feel like I was a long time friend on that first visit. I found the office to be equipped with up-to-date dental equipment for detailed dental/oral exam. The office is very quaint and very clean. The office is easy to find and has plenty of lot parking. I highly recommend this office.
