Been there twice. Once for exam, then to get hearing aids. Saw them help existing clients quickly and efficiently. They are punctual, friendly and professional. Would highly recommend. Kristen made getting hearing aids a breeze. Wish I looked into it years ago.
Kristen is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to taking care of my hearing. She’s very informative and has the best “ bedside manner” I’ve ever encountered with any medical professional! Her personality and smile make you feel as comfortable as if you were with your best friend. I highly recommend her practice to anyone that appreciates personal service that is second to none!
I have been going to Kristen for the past 6-7 years...I have purchased a hearing aid from her and will most likely purchase another one from her within the next month or so. She is so professional. She doesn't rush you, listens to your needs and concerns, will give you suggestions and recommendations as to what she thinks is best for you.
The most important thing about Kristen is she has a lot of patience. It's not easy working with the Deaf or Hard of Hearing. I definitely recommend Orland Park Hearing Aid. Easy to find, clean office, and Mom as secretary is so friendly and sweet.
