(May 6, 2017, 9:55 am)I'm giving 5 stars because the girl that helped me was awesome, but I was a little disappointed at the types of service they're able to provide. She did absolutely everything she could to help me with account maintenance, but was very limited to what could be done without calling customer care. It just sucks to take the time to go into the store, just to end up having to have someone call customer care for you. The girl was 100% willing to help, even though I wasn't buying anything, so that was very nice to see. When I'm ready to buy a new phone, I'd go back to this store.

Daniel L., the young man who assisted me, was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, polite, courteous, and respectful. He provided quality service and took such great pride in his work. Daniel L. made my experience today relaxing and positive! Thanks Daniel! Keep up the great work!
