“Chris was, by far, the most personable professional that I have ever encountered. We were having a meter socket issue, and only half of our home was getting electricity. We had arcing issues, and I was scared of a fire that could take away my family owned home of 60+ years. Chris responded to my initial call within minutes, and had a quote to me immediately, with only pictures to go by. The rate he asked was beyond fair, and he offered next day service. Not only was he punctual, but he was early! Watching Chris work, was inspiring, to say the least! He was meticulous in every maneuver, and he paid close attention to detail. Chris had originally said that the job could take 2-4 hours, and he was finished in just under 2 hours. He removed a 60A meter socket and installed a 200A. He switched us from aluminum to copper, per village regulations. He put in a ground rod, which was missing previously. I watched Chris use a level to make sure that even that detail was perfect. I started idle chit chat with Chris, and was amazed at the man underneath the professional. It was like talking with family and I never questioned my safety, or the craftsmanship of his work. I will add that I have never met Chris before today, and I only had a business card from a ComEd lineman to go by. Whoever gave me that card, I thank you immensely! Chris, I will be calling you, and only you, for all my electrical needs! Thank you so much!”
