The folks who work at Life Storage in Forest Park are excellent! The building is clean and well taken care of! Also, great customer service.

This is a wonderful location with top notch facilities! We have three units in the heated driveway (indoors), two private/gated parking spots, and an office space! This location has a wonderful office/lobby with supplies to purchase as well. The staff is always outgoing and willing to help! There is a unloading dock if you need to get pallets delivered.

Great experience renting a storage unit here. I signed up online a few days ahead of time. Ashley reached out to me the same day to see if I had any questions and was able to reserve the van for us. On the morning of the reservation she reached out which I think was great customer service. When we arrived on site Ashley provided top of the line customer service. Gave us a tour, explained everything to us, got us through the process quickly and was so friendly. The storage unit and van were both clean. The use of the van was so convenient and unit is priced well. I am very happy with my decision to use Life Storage in Forest Park. Very grateful for the wonderful customer service provided by Ashley.

Ashley and Jessica are wonderful employees with great customer service. They always make me feel appreciated. I've been a resident here for about two years and their time here has been the most pleasant. The facility is always immaculate and I'm always greeted with a smile and referred to as Mr. Dorsey. They definitely connect with the customer. Keep up the good work ladies.
