I love the wide selection of treats ( My favorites are the Turtle Brownie Sundae & the Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cookie ) that always gives you something new to try. If they ask if you want your cookies warmed up, DO IT!! The coffee is great, and the milkshakes are top notch. From the first visit, service has been amazing. Staff is always kind, patient, and gives awesome suggestions. I unknowingly met the owner (later finding out it was her) who was more than happy to converse with me without rushing me at all. She was super nice, and I never felt like a bother. I felt very comfy in the chill atmosphere; It's like visiting a relative. I cannot stop raving about this place, so do yourself a favor and go!”

They don't look fancier than the ones from the grocery store, but the ones from Kay's actually tasted much better. If they still make them as well as when I last got one, then I strongly recommend this for cakes.”
