Good quality and was ready in about the time frame it promised, maybe a few minutes after but I drove and only waited about 5 minutes extra . Pizza bread and cheese broccoli combo is amazing and there is plenty of space to eat. I think I've spoken with and communicated with every memory care facility in the area, and Alexi is the one I've chosen for my mother. I initially met with Elaine, the Marketing Manager, and then had the privilege of seeing the facility with the Owner, Executive Director, Nursing Director, and Elaine. I've never met a group of people who are more sensitive, loving, and caring. Alexi's history is a labor of love, and it's a place that everyone should visit. I was told by the Alexi team that I would never have to worry about my mother again. My mother's timing for the new facility's launch will be perfect. It's as if someone in Heaven designed it specifically for us.”

“This is my first EVER experiencing a Hampton Inn that did not rate 5 stars! As I am a Hilton Honors members, I've always expected...and experienced ONLY the best from the Hilton brand! This hotel in Matteson, IL did NOT measure up to my expectations at all! The Front Desk agent was the beginning problem ...the room itself was the OTHER problem!Oh well, I guess 1 bad out of 10 isn't too bad! I certainly will not consider staying at this hotel again if I ever need a room in that area. Sorry. This was NOT the HILTON standard.”
