“This was my first time in Chicago and I wanted real deep dish pizza. So I decided to go here. The salad I got was amazing. The pizza was amazing. She held up the slice of pizza so we could each take a picture of the cheese. The service was fantastic. When it was time to get the check she boxed up the pizza for us. “Still a great place to eat after all of these years. The service is always delightful and the environment is what one should and would expect it to be. I went during a busy time and I would recommend not going when it's crowded. The food quality seems to diminish when they're busy. My steak was hard and dry and etc. These issues seem to only occur when they're packed. Maybe there is a miscommunication or simply not enough.”
