“The service was excellent and the food was even better. Tuesday is half off on burgers and they were so awesome. Wings were so good I took some to go. The drinks were outstanding. Try the Diva if you like martinis. Brittany our server was very attentive and constantly checked on us. Tika the manager was very friendly and ensured we had great service. “Recently I decided to treat myself for my birthday and my friend’s wedding with a full face of makeup and hair styled by Sheena Marie’s Salon. I had a great time and was treated with care from the beginning to end. This was my first time there and my first time having my makeup done. Everyone was professional and respectful of my time. My appointment started on time and was serviced quickly but with care. My look was beautiful and everything I asked for and wanted. I really left feeling beautiful. I think I've spoken with and communicated with every memory care facility in the area, and Alexi is the one I've chosen for my mother. I initially met with Elaine, the Marketing Manager, and then had the privilege of seeing the facility with the Owner, Executive Director, Nursing Director, and Elaine. I've never met a group of people who are more sensitive, loving, and caring. Alexi's history is a labor of love, and it's a place that everyone should visit. I was told by the Alexi team that I would never have to worry about my mother again. My mother's timing for the new facility's launch will be perfect. It's as if someone in Heaven designed it specifically for us.”

“They did a wonderful job on my fur baby. He came out super happy and looking so cute and handsome. Came home smelling so good from his grooming appointment and his nails were nice and smooth from the nail grind. I will definitely be coming back to take my fur baby for his grooming appointments. I brought him here once when he was a little pup but I'm bringing him back here cause it's closer to my house he first saw Brittney when he was 6 months old I believe and she did a wonderful job on my fur baby but I found out she only there on Sunday's he saw someone different this time and also did a wonderful job !!! Will be coming back and to make his next appt with Brittney!”

“This is my first EVER experiencing a Hampton Inn that did not rate 5 stars! As I am a Hilton Honors members, I've always expected...and experienced ONLY the best from the Hilton brand! This hotel in Matteson, IL did NOT measure up to my expectations at all! The Front Desk agent was the beginning problem ...the room itself was the OTHER problem!Oh well, I guess 1 bad out of 10 isn't too bad! I certainly will not consider staying at this hotel again if I ever need a room in that area. Sorry. This was NOT the HILTON standard.”
