(August 4, 2016, 11:00 am)I am a new patient of Dr Berry's and I am extremely picky on what doctor I am seeing to build that patient doctor relationship in trust. I have total faith in Doctor Berry, she is very through and her office staff is superb. I would like to make a comment to the person who had cancellations, Doctors are called into hospitals all the time to treat patients that are hospitalized and her office has other doctors that can see you if she is not available. Her colleagues are very thorough just like her.

The wait time to check in at front desk took way too long. I was informed that urgent care is done all week now and walk-ins for urgent care have to wait in the same line as patients that booked appointments to get registered.
