Dr. Mack and Dr. Sarfraz are both dedicated committed by doctors who put their patients first. I have had the pleasure of working alongside them and the rest of the staff and I am truly honored to have had this experience of working with such valuable and dedicated individuals. If you are looking for honest answers and honest results, Dr. Mack and Dr. Sarfraz will offer their honest opinion!!!

We first saw Dr. Mack in 2020 when my son (5 at the time) ended up with a cold sore in his eye as a result of an extremely high fever from the flu & had to immediately seek medical help. Dr. Mack was the first of many eye specialists we had to see over the next few days, recommended by our pediatric ophthalmologist. Reading other reviews his “attitude” is often complained about. Dr. Mack is a confident Dr. that knows what he is talking about and although that can come off as rude we are thankful for the dedication he puts into his specialty and all of the knowledge he has shared with us. We’ve seen him multiple times a year since then and my son’s well-being is always his first concern, not his ego, or mine for that matter. He’s straight forward and knows what he is talking about. Sometimes we have to wait 2 hours, sometimes we are in and out in 45min, but the long days are because of emergencies like my son (and there are signs all over the office stating this.) As inconvenient as that may be the knowledge and treatment plan you get is worth the wait. Plus he lets you use his wifi 😉 We appreciate everything Dr. Mack has done for us over the last 3 years.

I had an eye condition that was urgent so I was calling around different eye dr offices. I never called Mack Eye Center due to the horrible reviews here. One of the other better reviewed but super busy dr office staff recommended this place just because he believed Dr. Mack is a very good dr except for his disputable way of approach. So I gave it a shot and called. The front desk lady talked to the manager right away after hearing my eye condition and asked me to go right away. Well, I did not get to see dr. Mack, but Dr. Monica Kurzawa. She was WONDERFUL! She was sweet, patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. She explained to me what it was in great details. I am very happy that I got my eyes treated by her.
Lots of the reviews were about the office ladies, dealing with insurance, and certain dr.'s attitude. I have not gotten to the part of dealing with insurance yet and only interacted with the front ladies once. So far they have been very nice and professional. I will update my review if I experience anything different.

Dr Mack came highly recommended to me and he and his staff did not disappoint! When I arrived I was professionally greeted and felt comfortable. Each staff member I worked with was extremely customer focused and willing to go the extra mile to make my experience wonderful. Dr Mack was friendly, caring, professional and laser focused on my eye health. I have been seeing ophthalmologist since I was 6 months old and Dr Mack is one of the best ophthalmologist I have ever seen! If you need to see an ophthalmologist Dr Mack should be your first choice!

The office is so clean and organized , Dr kurzawa is so nice and friendly and professional always taking her time during the appointment.
You can also do your prescription glass at the same location they have alot of options
