I’ve lived here for a year and only had couple problems with the apartment and it was all solved within 24hrs. This is a great place with an amazing location. Phenomenal view at sunset. The staff is great and takes the time to listen to anything you need. Definitely renewing my lease :)
I am living in this place from last one year now and already renewed my lease further. I love the place for its amazing lush green natural landscaping near all the buildings of the apartments and the pleasant lake with fresh air flowing all the time, beautiful forest trail good for morning walk, laundry in each building with enough empty washers and dryers if you are using during weekdays etc . No issues so far and enjoying the apartment and community.
Just few cons to mention though; the worst part here is no option to choose another good internet service provider (ISP) except AT&T which I believe has the worst service in any area of US wherever I have used it when there was no alternative and experienced that here also. When other ISPs are giving giga fibre; this still keeps us locked to bare minimum 25MBPS with high cost with their own rented modem/routers). There should be option to choose another ISP (preferably Xfinity/Comcast) if this needs to improve.
Another drawback of the design of the connection switch is that the Internet connection is kept in Kitchen with closed kitchen walls (never seen such mess from electrical design perspective). That makes the wifi very unstable as within the apartment itself the signals cannot reach living rooms or goes off frequently. This should primarily be kept in living rooms, so all rooms get the wifi.
The thermostat kept within the apartment to start heating during winter does not have automatic control option to set a specific temperature and it can start/stop on its own. Every time; we have to get up and keep doing it via manual increase / decrease of counter to start/stop the heating. Never seen this in any other communities earlier. Most of the places it was automatic control based on temperature set.
Lastly the passages from escalators to apartments are fully sealed with no fresh air circulation from outside. So while walking from the passage becomes suffocating most of the times with smells from all kitchens getting blocked in passage.
The apartments have a phenomenal location. All the supermarkets, major stores and restaurants are 5-10 minutes away. There is a walking trail near the buildings. The community here is very peaceful. Near the lake there are BBQ stations for families to enjoy.
The apartments are very spacious, and the complex is very responsive to any inquiries for repairs or any other matter.
