They offered affordable payment plan options that were easy to sign up for, and scheduled my car to come in the very next day. Matt and his staff were friendly and communicative the entire time, they addressed us by name and with a smile on their faces which made me feel right at home. “I had an accident a few days before Christmas. The driver took off after he ran me off the road. If I hadn't went onto the shoulder it would have been much worse. My car was scratched all down the driver side and my mirror was hanging on the side. I was crushed because I had the car only 6 weeks. I took it to Aurora and Nancy and they made an appointment for me to bring it in. My car was ready the next day and looked as good as it did the day I bought it. They took car of me plus some. They even helped me get my grandkids car seats out the rental and put them in my car. I am disabled so this helped me greatly. I will always come to this shop. I hope I never need you again but just in case. I highly recommend Collision Service Center to anyone that needs body work done. They are very professional, kind, and good prices. “He is a one-man show, but he does a wonderful job. You get emails of the items that need work, a picture once they are removed and a picture of the finished items. While his work is great, the greatest aspect of his service is that he does a walkaround and makes suggestions of what might be needed soon. This is not a pressure job to upsell, but alerts that something needs attention. He will be clear about what can wait, and what really needs immediate work, and he is one of the few mechanics I feel I can trust. I have been using his service for about 2 years and never had a complaint. ”

“Where should I start my review? First, Jeff is a highly skilled mechanic that has serviced over 20-25 different vehicles of mine since 1997. My entire family uses his services and we have never had any complaints. I really like that he listens to you as a customer and speaks directly to you. He always diagnoses the issue and then calls to let you know prior to beginning the work. I work on my own vehicles a lot and restore vehicles as a hobby. It is really hard to drop vehicles off for someone else to work on them but I do not have time to fix daily drivers on my own. I would trust Jeff with the most complex of issues. He is honest, has integrity and best of all is one of the most knowledgeable repair men in the business. Thank you for all the years of putting up with all my questions and repairing my vehicles. “I brought in a Mercedes Benz that was shot at. They were super attentive and their communication skills are great! Scott made sure he got our “OK” for everything. He communicated with what was going to be done throughout the whole process. Scott was super friendly. Honestly one of best costumer service I’ve ever gotten! Great work ethic skills should never go unnoticed! I really hope somebody lets Scott know how satisfied a costumer was with his costumer service! I am extremely happy! And also the two young ladies in the front desk they’re just as sweet and communicative, welcomed you with a smile and not a bitter face like many places! This place will be my to go to for any vehicle repairs from now on! And I will definitely recommend! And their work was great! The door was replaced the fuel tank and other parts on the vehicle that got hit with the bullets were replaced and I couldn’t be happier, I expected the car to be there for about 3 weeks but it was given back to me within 1 week and a half!
