“Delivered a return shipment on a Saturday night 6pm, and didn't have the proper Bill Of Lading. But the off dispatcher was very polite and courteous being is though it's a Saturday and he was working the 2nd Shift. He walked me through the steps very carefully and didn't rush. Most people would have told you to have come back on a Monday during normal business hours. I give myself one star for forgetting his name.”
