(June 17, 2019, 6:17 pm)As a family who thankfully has never experienced a death in the family until recently. We want to share our experience with Mount Auburn Funeral home. From the very beginning we were welcomed, provided with options for our mother's funeral and answered all of our questions attentively. The day of the viewing, they gave our family the best hospitality we could ask for. We knew nothing about how to organize this and on top of that mourning. It could have been stressful but they were there every step of the way. If anything went wrong, which nothing significant really did, they gave us plan b and c. Even though we decided on a separate burial place, they were present until the very end. It has been a little over a week since my mother's passing. All we were left to handle on our own was the purchase of a headstone. All in all, they were detailed on organization and process. It alleviated the weight off of our shoulders as the immediate family. Special thanks for our funeral director Carmen Perez.
