“The pharmacy tech Fatima was amazing she went above and beyond to assist me. I left there happy and will try to only go to her when I need assistance at that pharmacy. I gave 4star because when I first got there another woman seen me standing there and didnt come to assist me right away. When she did come to assist me I asked for a suggestion of medication she wasn't helpful and seemed she was ready to continue what ever it was she was doing. She didn't finish helping me she passed me off to the next tech in a not so polite way. I was annoyed and a little upset until Fatima helped me. Honestly I will only return there because of Fatima, she was a plesent girl that was very knowledgeable and helpful.”

“Overall great experience! The staff was friendly and helpful with early breakfast and communicating with the shuttle. The shuttle drivers were respectful and helpful with luggage. One negative note is that the shower door looks new, but it has rounded corners, which don't meet the square corners at the bottom of the shower...water everywhere on the floor! It also made the floor very slick and because the bathroom is so tiny there was no way to avoid slipping and sliding, which could be a safety hazard.”

“This storage company is superb and Im writing this review to express my gratitude for how they helped me during a difficult time in my life. About a year ago my husband fell into a coma due to carbon monoxide poisoning. He was the breadwinner as I stayed home to care for our 3 small children. Although I found work it wasn’t enough and we fell behind on our mortgage and lost our home. I was devastated as my life was falling apart. I moved our 4 bedroom home into one of their storage units and moved my children and I into a small 2 bedroom apartment. I was late paying my storage every month and struggled to keep the unit. I always spoke to Carly and she was so sweet and understanding of my situation and gave me grace periods and allowed me to make partial payments here and there to keep my unit from being auctioned. She would personally call me and remind me that my payment due date was coming up and it made me feel good to know this company really cares about their clients individual circumstances. I’m so happy to say My husband woke up from his coma 4 months ago and we have our home back ! Thank you so much for everything Extra Space and Carly u really made a difficult time a little easier.”
