“I had to go in to pick up a package that needed a signature and I wouldn't be home to sign. It arrived early in the morning but wasn't available for pickup until late that afternoon. I tried to pick it up before I had been told it was ready but they were unable to do that. The staff was friendly and helpful just not able to retrieve the package before it had been fully processed for pickup. Ultimately, I still got my package more than a half day early. The lesson is to just wait until you're notified that your package is ready. Very pleased with service overall.”

“I can't say enough about the care my MIL received while she was in Hospice care at Ingalls. The people working on that floor have already earned their wings. They are truly angels. She was there a week and was unconscious most of the time; but they still talked to her and turned her and swabbed her mouth and gave her a daily sponge bath. They made sure that she was comfortable every minute she was there. The support for her physical needs and our emotional needs were met with the utmost of compassion. God bless the hospice team at Ingalls.”
