WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Since my facial, I have been raving about it to anyone who will listen! Tracy provided an incredible, uniquely wonderful, spa/facial experience.

Let's begin with the what made this facial truly exceptional. The Space - a warm and welcoming environment with inviting colors; very stylish and absolutely gorgeous! When I walked in, I felt like I'd been transported to my newfound happy place ☺️. The Consultation - Can I just say WOW! Tracy, knows her stuff! So impressed with her professionalism, expertise and patience when answering my questions. A beautiful personality and just a wealth of knowledge ❤️! The Ambiance - such a soothing atmosphere! The soft lights along with gentle music and whatever beautiful scent that was I was smelling had me totally in relaxation mode. The Facial - I fully enjoyed the technique as I layed on the heated facial bed. Everything felt great! The cleansing, the steam, the massage - heck even the exfoliating felt good 😂! I was so relaxed that I wanted to fall asleep but I didn't want to miss anything! I was in the zone 😊! The Post Facial/Aftercare - why did my skin look freakin' AMAZING afterward?!?! OMG! I was in disbelief! Not only immediately after my facial but ongoing! My skin looks AMAZING!!! All the issues I was having with combination skin - too oily or too dry, blackheads, whiteheads, redness, dark circles - ALL CORRECTED!! Tracy assessed my skin and shared with me, in detail verbally and written, how to acheive the same results she had by suggesting specific products to use during my morning and evening facial skin care regimen. She even gave me tips on how to care for my teenage daughter's skin.

Based on this experience and my results, I've changed EVERYTHING! I bought all recommended products, implemented recommended regimen, even changed type of make-up I was using based on her recommendations and my skin looks AMAZING!!!
