I have been going to Kirshner Vision for well over 20 years. I started at their Hazel Crest location. The service is always exceptional and I am always extremely pleased at my appointments. My favorite staff there are Dr. Lisa and Carmille. Dr. Lisa has always worked hard to get the right prescription for my “special eyes.” Thanks Doc! But, my absolute fav is Carmille. She is a fantastic stylist and has a warm and inviting personality: She is great at what does and makes sure you look “fabulous” in your frames! Carmille is a gem in a world where customer service is almost non-existent. Kirschner Vision should be proud to have her! Thanks Carmille! 😊

When I arrived I got greeted with a smile and a genuine Good Morning. While completing my paperwork, I was called in the back. The testing area is the best. The optometrist took her time with me, thoroughly explained everything to my understanding and explained the pictures of my eyes. Then the icing on the cake (sort of speaking) Carmille handled my “frame picking “ as if she was wearing them, her numerous years of experience combined with the love for her work, landed me with the perfect frames. “We not going to pick anything, these glasses are a piece of jewelry for your face”. Hands down the absolute best I’ve seen in the field. Definitely going to recommend this place to anyone that I can. Cannot wait until my glasses come in.
