Tool Planet

This is my first purchase with this company so I called to check on an order. The customer service lady, I spoke to, is amazing and let me know the status of my order in detail. I like that. She told me about some other tools related to the projects I am working on that I actually do need in my shop. That was very helpful. Tool Planet is a great business to do business with. They are on top of their game. Someone give Pam a promotion.

Pam was very helpful and explained the issue with ATT and problems with incoming calls. The package arrived via UPS and though a substitution of a like product had occurred I needed a specific bit. Pam sent to me a prepaid UPS label and all is well. Thank you Pam for the expeditious handling of the return. Thank you again for the heads up of where I can obtain the item I need.

Tool Planet is one of the true service oriented companies, clearly working for the customer. I had a small mistake on my order and Pam took care of it right away. Love working with this type of business.

This was my first purchase from Tool Planet. I found them while trying to find a product that is erroneously considered to be "special" and therefor priced at a premium at specialty retailers if they even carry them. Not only did they have the product but, had it in packs of multiples and at a good price.

I recommend you create an account when ordering. I failed to do this since I had not done business with them before and have way too many retail accounts already. This meant that I could not track my order online via my login. Not a big deal but, if you track your logistics like I do, I like to be able to do it myself ;-)

I called the phone number but, got an answering machine as happens so many places during these problematic time; no negative there, just mentioning it for others. I got a quick response to emailing them for my order status.

Pam was pleasant, precise and gave me all the info I could need. If Pam's boss in reading this, give her a raise.

The product arrived well packed, on time and was exactly what I ordered. I will recommend Tool Planet to others and I recommend them to whoever is reading this review.
