Creig was so nice over the phone when I called about my computer breaking. He took the time over the phone to check it and run the diagnostic and pushed me to call HP to see of it was under warranty so they cam fix it. He didn't try to scam me for my money and was a very honest person, and even followed up. Next time I have computer problems I will go to him, with or without warranty. I'd rather pay an honest person.
