  I would absolutely highly recommend this class to anyone who's looking to add variety to their workouts but also learn highly practical self defense techniques. The Krav Maga class is very welcoming to all levels and their instructors are highly skilled. I started about 5-6 months ago as a beginner with absolutely no experience or training and I've been able to learn very practical techniques and it's all attributed to an easy and fun, yet, very relevant learning experience!

  I joined this amazing workout program in July of this year and cannot describe how satisfied and overexcited I am for finally finding something that fits my needs. I was very nervous to start Krav Maga classes due to having no prior experience in martial arts. Instructors made me feel welcomed and are there to help each and everyone of us to succeed. I absolutely love the variety of workout experiences that instructors provide. Members are friendly and are all very concerned about making it a positive experience and pleasant work out for everyone. There are people who have been members there for years and some that recently joined, which made me feel very comfortable knowing that I am not the only one with no prior experience of this sort. Since starting the program, I have been attending almost every class that was on schedule and feel unsatisfied if for some reason I have to miss the class. I feel like I have learned so much and cannot thank enough great and attentive instructors!

  I've been a fan of the K.O Bag Fitness class since 2011. The master put in a lot of effort to change up the routine. So each class is different and I've never get bored of doing the same class. It's a great place to burn calories and de-stress. Be ready to have fun. Great master, friendly students and effective work-out. Highly-recommended.

  I've been studying here for the past three years after purchasing a trial session from Groupon. The instructors are highly trained and dedicated which shows. The krav maga classes are intense but really enjoyable. They help you do the best you can from your current level of fitness and experience, so its really open to anyone who is interested in learning real world, practical self defense. I've definitely learned a great deal about self defense and situational awareness, which is sadly necessary these days. You can also take the KO bag work out, which uses interval training to maximize your work out and since they constantly change it up, you're never bored. The people here are great and they push each other to reach the same goals. Its a welcoming and inclusive environment. I recommend it to anyone looking to learn more about solid self defense while getting a solid workout in at the same time.

  I'm 62 yrs. old and I never thought I ever be able to do any physical exercise do to my health condition. I joined K.O Bag fitness at this location and I can't thank enough for support I have been getting from instructor Eni. Classes are always fun, challenging and a tremendous help to my health.
  I'm looking forward for every class, I enjoy it every bit!
