(January 26, 2022, 12:01 pm)We have been going to Alex at Altimate for all of our car repairs for more than 8 years. He and his mechanics are very knowledgeable and perform good work. They are upfront and honest about cost of repairs and time to get the job done. Speaking of honesty, I brought one of our vehicles (an Acura MDX) in to check the brakes because I thought they needed to be done. He checked them and said come back in 6 months for another check, you're good. I trust Alex & his team to do all of our car repairs and general maintenance. He's worked on everything from our '90 Cadillac to our '04 MDX to our newer Sequoia. Great communication from Cynde when working to diagnose and get the total cost of repairs. We highly recommend Altimate Auto Repair. A+++
(December 15, 2021, 11:40 pm)I will use AAR for all my auto repairs. So much better than the Cadillac dealer. Prompt, fair, professional and could not say enough good things about Alex. I don't believe any of these 1 star reviews. So happy I found this shop by accident. You will have my business for life. Alex is awesome.
(October 25, 2021, 4:33 pm)Alex, was wonderful to work with. Also, he was professional and responsive about my issue. I had some HID’s with ballast and he was able to get them installed for me. My recent HIDs lights where out so I bought new ones and he was able to replace them for me in a timely manner. The lady in the counter was really friendly and helpful and a people’s person. Has a great attitude towards her customers. Overall, very pleased with this location. Most mechanics are not very experienced, but Alex has a good reputation and knowledge from just talking with him.
