(November 16, 2018, 4:06 pm)I Took my father to the ER with abdominal pain a week ago. The staff were extremely attentive and the ER doctor was able to diagnose quickly the problem quickly. My dad had gallstones. Surgery was performed on a Monday and all went smoothly. I cannot say enough for the nurses. This has not been our first experience here. My dad also came to emergency 3 years ago and ended up having quintuple bypass at nch. This also was a positive experience in terms of the professionalism and compassion of the staff at NCH. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone.

(August 11, 2018, 10:49 pm)My husband had to go to the ER. It was not a long wait to get a room and be seen by a doctor like most ER’s are. The ER doctor was really nice. We only stayed a couple of hours because they decided my husband didn’t have to stay overnight. They just wanted to my husband to feel better before we went home. Once we got there we were in a room in the ER in about 20 minutes.

Each person ,tech and practitioner I came into contact with was friendly helpful and caring from the front office to the nurse to the transporter to the ultrasound tech to the housekeeper. Thank you for helping me feel better and for the care you gave while I was sick. A little care and compassion goes such a long way when you’re sick and I will always remember that -thank you
