The food is great, the drink is are perfectly proportioned, and the beer is icy cold (as well as the glasses). The thing about places like this is sometimes they're found everywhere - a neighborhood corner bar. The thing that makes Jimmy D's unique (unlike your typical corner bar) is that this place is top notch. Bonnie runs tight bar - the place is impeccably clean and the service is spot on.
