Not only were they very supportive, but saved me tons of money each month. Because of the cost savings I also added my home policy as well. Kim was professional and knowledgeable about the products and services that would work best for my specific needs. I highly recommend this group of insurance professionals.

Just recently, I was in a car accident and Jon went above and beyond to help me out given what I was going through. I know that I am in good hands with this Allstate Group!

I started in this industry knowing almost nothing and Jon and Lisa have been incredible mentors and fantastic to work for. They're incredibly family oriented, involved in the community, honest, and accommodating. I've NEVER been underpaid, NEVER experienced anything that would make me question if I was in the right place (in fact, when my van's window motor went out, Jon arranged for a shop to get it back up for me for free knowing the cold weather was coming soon). Which is why when I had to spin off of my ex's auto and renter's insurance policies, I knew I didn't want to be anywhere else. I have multiple policies here now and couldn't be happier.
The employee that wrote a bad review neglected to mention a few integral details like the fact that he was the ONLY sales rep here from February-June until I started, so 50% of new business shouldn't be a huge accomplishment to pat himself on the back for. He showed up 30 min late every day, took hours long lunches, stole from other employees, and then walked off the job mid shift. Twice. And he was still given more chances to redeem himself because Jon and Lisa wanted to give the benefit of the doubt (because that is the type of people they are, they only see the good in people). He fell asleep at his desk probably 3x a week and was generally a distraction from what was otherwise an incredibly positive and productive work environment. Please judge for yourself how this agency works by reading reviews from actual customers, not a disgruntled and entitled ex-employee. Or better yet, judge for yourself by coming to see us for a review of your current policies!
