“This is as fresh as a review can be, I just finished an hour massage with Amy, this is my second time here. The first time I had a massage with Amy as well and she is by far the best masseuse I've had the pleasure of being with. I went in due to having spasms in my back from a herniated spine, I asked her for a "light" massage and that's exactly what I got! She was very gentle, very calm, and made me feel like a fragile piece of art and she was the artist. The music is calming, the temperature of the room is perfect, the environment they have tried to set is perfect, it really puts me in that "ahh time to relax" mood. I recommend this massage parlor with a perfect 5/5 stars and if you haven't tried this place I highly recommend it! “У каждого из нас, в жизни , бывают такие моменты, когда мы решаем чужие проблемы, мы тащим чужой груз.И при этом думаем , что делаем чтото полезное, чтото хорошее. Наверное -да, но не себе. А иногда даже вовред себе. Когда постоянно делать какието движения против своей воли, или не в гармонии с самим собой- потихоньку, не замечая подавляем свое Я . И это наверное и есть основной причиной появления новых болезней. Но, если начать двигаться в обратном направлении, тоесть жить в гармонии с самим собой, со своим внутренним ЧЕЛОВЕЧКОМ -тогда и получаем выздоровление. Каждый раз, когда слышала по радио,на волне 12.40 , приглашение Олега посетить Тибетский монастырь, всегда было желание принять это приглашение. Но каждый раз находилась какаято причина и поездка отменялась. В этот раз, я позвонила Олегу и забронировала одно место. Если вы думаете, что для себя- вы ошибаетесь. Но, когда мне, не удалось убедить человечка , нуждающегося в посещении монастыря больше чем мне - я не раздумывая записала себя. В этот раз было также, как и в предыдущие - проблематично, но решение было принято. В какойто момент я поняла - если я хочу, чтобы мои родные и близкие мне люди , были счастливы - я должна зажечь свою свечу. И тогда от этого света будет всем тепло. Ни секунды нежалею о своем решении. Живя в городской суете, деля жизнь на добро и на зло, живя под лозунгом " надо ", порой даже не подозреваем, что есть на земле дивные места, где опьяняющий воздух. Вдыхая его, кажется, что возвращаешься в беззаботное детство. Люди, которых встретила в монастыре- радушные, общительные, доброжелательные. Выглядят очень бодро. Думаю, что это результат систематических медитаций и здорового питания. Всего лишь за два дня, проведенных в монастыре , делая медитации и следя за дыханием, заметила изменения - внутренняя радость, очищение мысли, уравновешенность, уверенность в том, что в первую очередь следует слушать себя, а не ломать себя через колено. Наверное, только во время медитаций, когда ты остаешься наедине с собой, со своими мыслями, можно достичь того, к чему давно стремишся , о чем мечтаешь. Мне очень понравились короткие, но такие полезные и умные лекции Джам Янга- монаха Тибетского монастыря, который находится в Индиане. Очень жизнерадосный, приветливый и добродушный человек. И очень любит шутить. Посетив монастырь пришла к выводу- иногда, для самопознания, самоутверждения, очень полезро посещать такие места. И еще- когда увидела состав группы, где было несколько моих знакомых, успешных людей, которые уже не первый раз посещают монастырь, убедилась- выбор сделала правильно. И надеюсь-это не последнее посещение мною монастыря. Желаю всем быть здоровыми, счастливыми, успешными. И пусть жизнь течет к вам вовсем своем великолепии с легкостью, радостью и любовью. ♥ СВЕТЛАНА. ♥”
