“Jeff repaired my oven and I was very satisfied with his service. He showed up within a few hours of my initial call and quickly diagnosed the problem. He could not immediately complete the repair because he had to order a circuit board. The part arrived and he was able to complete the repair per his original estimate. His initial service call fee was much lower than competitors. Jeff was professional and friendly in all respects. I think since he is an independent repair service he is able to keep his costs lower than others. I would recommend him.”

“This is a take out only Lou. Small, and in the corner of a busy strip mall. With that being said, those are the only cons of this place. I ordered pizza at 6 on a Sunday night when the bears were playing. It was packed with people coming in for take out. Delivery drivers were constantly going in and out. The service was awesome, they got you lined up right away and your bill set fast. While I was there, the manager came out and informed another patron that they dropped one of the pizzas they ordered. The manager not only gave them a certificate for a free pizza, but offered to deliver a new pizza to their place free of charge if they did not want to wait for their pizza to be remade. That's what I call customer service. Willing to admit their mistake and do what they can to rectify and keep their customers happy. They also brought out a thin crust pizza for the everyone to have while they wait for their order to come out. As I said, this was a busy Sunday and my food came out at about 605. As for the food quality, it's Lou. So if you know the taste, it's the same as always. Very damn good.”
