There are not enough words to describe how awesome this office and Dr. Brian Ruby is. I was so terrified of the dentist from horrible experiences as a kid, that I hadn’t gone since I was 14 maybe? I was so scared the first visit that I literally bawled in the chair. That was the last time I was scared, though! Dr. Ruby made the worst part (the shot) quick and easy, and the rest was great! He has saved teeth that I for sure thought would have to be pulled, he works fast yet very thoroughly, my crowns are indistinguishable from my natural teeth, the “recovery” after a root canal is nonexistent-no pain or soreness..I could go on and on! The girls in the office are also extremely knowledgeable, and very sweet! I will never go anywhere else!!! Thank you to the whole team at that office!!
I am extremely terrified of visiting the dentist and this was my first visit to dr. Ruby’s office in hickory hills. I live out of state and the dentist there gave me discouraging news about my tooth and that it would need to get pulled. so while visiting my family and hearing great things about dr ruby and his staff I thought I would try it out. Him and his staff were very professional and caring he gave me his honest opinion on what to do and said that he could save my tooth and I didn’t have to worry or feel any pain! And it was true he did a root canal and saved my tooth and I did not feel any pain! I would recommend him to everyone and I will continue to come from out of state to have my visits done by dr ruby only!
They took me in for an emergency, they were very nice and compassionate. Great staff!
