They are great to work with. I went to few different dealers and they worked with me the most and also had the best deal. There was no hassle during the time... all around good experience. I would buy another car from them.

I am very late on writing this review, but I just wanted to share my experience really quick. I came in looking to purchase my first own car around August. Alexander Morales was very helpful with looking for a vehicle around my interest. He was able to help me and give me a better understanding on the financial aspect, since I currently am still in school, I would be paying my own expenses. This was a very smooth process and will probably come back when my sister obtains her drivers license to look at cars for her. Thank you again!!!

Had a great experience purchasing and communicating with the sales staff at Volkswagen of Oak Lawn. I been to over 3 different dealerships and had to walk out. Andrew was my sales person, he went above and beyond to answer any questions I had dealing with my purchase. We went on several test drives and he had extreme patience when it came to making sure I loved what I was buying. They were not pushy at all. When I went into the dealership I ran into his twin brother Alex and thought I was hallucinating. Both very helpful.. Had my new Passat for a couple days now and loving it !!! (:

Eduardo and Loretta were awesome when I went to this dealership to purchase my 2021 VW Atlas. I spoke with Loretta the day prior and told her my situation and she made me at ease and comfortable enough to pay them a visit. Although Loretta was not in the office the next day Eduardo took care of me. He was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and let me know what might fit my needs. I left 4 hours later with my Atlas with 5 miles on it.
