I was very impressed with how efficient and very reasonably priced they are, it really pays to go with a family owned company, I would recommend them to anyone!

(February 6, 2018, 3:27 pm)Great service! When I got my insurance they told me everything would be covered but turns out they don't cover much. Dissatisfied with my insurance. But S G HEATING AND COOLING really went beyond my expectations. Office staff explained to me my entitlement, made sure I was aware of Deductible. Also Technician was very professional, took time to explain. So from what the office staff explained they are the third party, that big company's like NICOR, CROSS COUNTRY (SEARS), & AMERICAN HOME SHIELD contract to go out when they (BIG COMPANYS) cant fix stuff. So I don't blame them for not being able to cover my parts, I do advise everyone to look over your entitlement before signing with any insurance! Over all I would recommend this service! And they recommended a better insurance, THANKS S.G.!
